Moringa Herbal Tea

Although Moringa has been used for over 2000 years, relatively new studies have revealed the countless benefits of Moringa Tea. It is derived from the Moringa Oliefera which is from the plant family, Moringaceae. The family has around 13 species which include different kinds of trees, herbs, and plants. The most popular out of these is Moringa Oleifera. Moringa Oleifera or more commonly known as the “Magic Tree” is used in a variety of products which have been proved to provide countless benefits. It comes in powdered form, which can be added to your daily food or any form of juice/smoothie, teabags which can be used like your regular tea, and lastly, it is available as shampoos, soaps, and capsules forms which can include in your daily lifestyle. Additionally, Moringa Oil is popularly used to get rid of skin problems like wrinkles, dark spots, acne and even heals the skin of cuts and burns. The plant is widely cultivated to produce the magic herbal tea known as Moringa Tea. It is also known drum stick tea, horseradish tea, ben oil tea or benzoil tea. The Moringa Oleifera, originally found in the north-west of India and other eastern counties like Pakistan and Nepal, is now grown worldwide due to a large number of benefits it offers. The herb can be grown in a variety of soil conditions, usually in drier regions as it can survive in rainwater. However, the herb shows no resistance toward freezing temperatures and frost.
