Return Policy

The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their own refund policy with the product description
We offer 100% hassle-free return policy to our valued customers within 28 days of the invoice date.
Please contact us by Email before shipping your product. Please mention the following when emailing us: Order Number and the reason for return, it’s that simple.
In order to get a full refund the product MUST be unopened. Open products will not qualify for online credit once we receive the product back.
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for Herboganic to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Herboganic immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. Email us to support@herboganic.com. If you do not notify Herboganic of damaged goods within the first 14 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE products can be returned directly to Herboganic within 14 days from the invoice date, at Herboganic discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done every day after at agreed times with Shipping companies, except Week-Ends and Holidays Herboganic online store uses various courier companies and is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 2 to 3 business days.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Herboganic or its shipping partners’ control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
